Farrah Fawcett’s career began in 1968, when she appeared in a number of TV commercials and guest spots in a few TV series. By 1970 However, it was her iconic role as Jill Munroe in the hit TV show, “Charlie’s Angels” that rocketed her to stardom and earned her her first Golden Globe nomination. Pictured below on the left is her famous red swimsuit poster that is probably the most known image of her. Unfortunately, Fawcett died on June 25, 2009, at the relatively young age of 62.
