‘Halo 5: Guardians’ News, Gameplay & Update: Game Dev Reveals Prices For Microtransactions


Game developer 343 Industries has revealed this week the pricing details of the microtransactions for the game Halo 5: Guardians. The details of the game’s REQ Packs has been explained by the company via its official blog.

“343 explained that in-game pricing has been set so that players can afford at least one REQ Pack for every other game played. You should expect to earn around 2000 RP for every Warzone game played, meaning it won’t take very long to reach Silver or Gold status. In addition, everyone gets 7500 RP to start,” Gamespot reports.

According to Yibada, software giant “Microsoft has come up with Warzone REQ bundle that will include two premium packs and players will be granted with the package for seven days in every week.”

“You can earn whether you spend money or not and there is no crazy deals or special items to people who spent more money. It is a multiplayer game and not a spend more to win kind of game,” said Kevin Franklin, the design director of the game as quoted in the above-mentioned website.
