I’m not sure why Mathew Knowles came up with the idea to have a Beyonce boot-camp. But it is scheduled for October 25. Prices range from one to three hundred dollars. The higher end tickets will include lunch with Beyonce’s daddy, and photos! You’re not allowed to film or photograph, so you’ll need to buy the more expensive ticket if you want pics.
The boot camp will be at the Houston Hobby Center and the seating is limited to 500. Mathew hopes there will be a diverse group of people attending. On the ticket sales page, it says he welcomes businessmen, aspiring artists, lawyers, and hopefuls.
One can only wonder what will be included in an 8 hour Beyonce Boot Camp. Will the participants be required to wear really high heeled shoes and run up and down stairs? Will there be lots of dancing? For sure, there must be some talking thrown in there at some point. Quote from event listing:
In this one-day boot camp, you’ll learn what Knowles says it took him 20 years and thousands of dollars to learn firsthand.
Most likely it will all be filmed and we will see it in a video later. Maybe the suits are trying to measure the interest to see if it might make it as a reality show.
Well, at least it doesn’t cost a lot of money. Maybe they will find some good talent and make some dreams come true. It’ll be a little Houston’s Got Talent convention.
Wendy Williams said Beyonce is probably cool with it, but JayZ probably aint. HA! Old Jay Z, let him worry about TIDAL. Meanwhile, you can check out the Mathew Knowles event listing over on eventbrite.com.
