Galavis enjoyed single life for a while, making several appearances in famous clubs. But this former soccer pro ended up marrying Venezuelan model and Miss Venezuela beauty pageant winner, Osmariel Villalobos, in 2017.
Juan Pablo and Osmariel went on to have a daughter, which he constantly features with cute captions on his Instagram feed. He and Villalobos, however, got divorced in 2019. Galavis is currently working as a sports and music commentator.
Now: Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici
Shortly after their wedding, Sean and Catherine went on to appear on several reality TV shows, such as "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" and "Celebrity Wife Swap" in 2015. Sean also appeared in "Dancing With the Stars."
The couple have been happily married, welcoming their first baby in 2016, their cute son Samuel who was later joined by two more siblings. The family currently resides in Texas, and they just look adorable on social media. We guess fairy tales do come true sometimes!
The Bachelor, Season 18: Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell
Juan Pablo Galavis, an American-born Venezuelan, was the first Latino star on "The Bachelor." He started out as a contestant on "The Bachelorette," on which he eventually went from fan fave to persona non-grata, after some offensive comments. He chose Nikki Ferell in the season finale.
However, Juan Pablo never proposed to Nikki or told her he loved her. And after a rocky, long-distance relationship, the couple broke it off in 2014, even after appearing on a season of "Couples Therapy." Though we applaud Galavis' honesty, we have to ask ourselves if this bachelor wasn't aware that honesty really isn't a big thing in show business. Sometimes, you're better off just letting things lie, dude.
Now: Nikki Ferrell
Nikki went on to marry boyfriend Tyler Van Loo, a guy she'd been with before going on "The Bachelor." They got married in October 2016 and later had a son together. She continues to work as a pediatric nurse in Kansas City and appears to feature what seems like sponsored content on her Instagram account.
Nikki reflected on her experience on the show, saying, “I can’t believe this was two years ago,” Nikki wrote. “Comparing my life then to my life now is unreal. I’ve learned so much and grown so much as a person, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Although it’s taken me a while to realize it, I wouldn’t be the person I am today without that experience.”
The Bachelor, Season 19: Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff
This was truly a love story, at least from Whitney's point of view. Viewers could tell that she'd really fallen for American farmer, Chris Soules. As it turns out, he proposed at the end of the season, in 2015, and Soules went on to appear on "Dancing With the Stars."
But the couple never got married. Only six months after the season finale, and right after Chris' appearance on "Dancing With the Stars," the couple broke it off. Oh well, guess farmers aren't a safe bet, either.
