The actress, who rose to fame in hit teen soap Gossip Girl, has neither confirmed or denied changing her looks through cosmetic surgery, but when you look at her pictures side by side, it seems clear that her face has changed a little. In newer photos, her nose appears thinner and more sculpted than it was when she was just starting out. There has also been speculation that she had her eyelids lifted and undergone skin smoothing procedures.

She rose to fame at an early age and along with being a reality star, is also a model and has her own billion dollar cosmetics company. We guess that looking good is part of her brand and therefore it is no surprise that she decided to make some improvements along the way.
Although Kylie claims that she has not been under the knife, it is believed that she has had her share of filler injections to fill out her face and plump up her lips. Others claim that she had body modification surgeries at an estimated total of $2 million.

Famous for coming in second on the second season of reality singing competition American Idol in 2003, Clay Aiken is a talented singer whose career has prospered in the past two decades. She said, “I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it now I can finally move my face again.” Well, sometimes you have to see for yourself what something is like and since we assume that it got in the way of her acting, maybe it’s for the best that she gave it a rest. Fortunately, the costs weren’t that high either.
Heidi Montag - (Admitted) $1 Million+
Former reality star Heidi Montag, who recently appeared in the reboot The Hills: New Beginnings, has called herself a proclaimed plastic surgery “addict.” She may be more well known for her physical transformation than for her work on television or for the albums that she’s released as a singer.
Heidi revealed in 2012 that she had spent more than a million dollars in cosmetic procedures. She even had 10 procedures performed in one day once, including a nose job, breast implants, a butt enhancement, liposuction, and a brow lift. Kim Novak - (Estimated) $9,000
Actress Kim Novak began working in films in the 1950s, and her most famous roles were in Picnic, The Man with the Golden Arm, and Vertigo, which was directed by Alfred Hitchcock. Most people assumed that Novak would retire quietly and that she would not be seen in Hollywood again. The actress decided to take measures against that by undergoing a variety of serious cosmetic procedures including cheek implants, a brow lift, and Botox injections. When Novak appeared in the 2014 Oscars by Matthew McConaughey’s side, it was hard to believe that she was the same woman.

Joan Rivers refused to grow old, gracefully or otherwise and kept herself looking young through cosmetic means. She kept working and performing well into her 60s and 70s and pretty much for her entire life. She holds the record for minor procedures undertaken by one individual with an unbelievable 348. That is more than any other celebrity or a regular person.
Michael Jackson - (Rumored) $1 Million

To this day, Jackson is considered one of the most talented musicians in history, but his strange behavior and the startling changes in his appearance are his legacy just as much as his music.
The photos clearly show the change in his appearance which occurred over time. Jackson denied undergoing procedures to lighten his skin and claimed that he had a skin condition called Vitiligo, which caused his skin pigments to became lighter. Jane Fonda - (Admitted) $5,300
Jane Fonda is perhaps one of the only celebrities in Hollywood that knows how to get plastic surgery. The woman is 82 years old and looks phenomenal., and the reason is because the legendary actress knows she should never overdo things.
Fonda has been gracing the screens with her acting, her fitness routines and her activism since the '60s, and she's learnt a thing or two. Like when to go under the knife, and when to avoid it at all costs. Apart from Botox injections here and there and a little nip tuck under the eyes and around the neck, this gal owes her beauty to her healthy and fit lifestyle.
Fredric Brandt - Unknown
Dr. Fredric Brandt was known among the Hollywood elite as the King of Collagen, and for good reason. This celebrity plastic surgeon believed so firmly in his own treatments, that he was constantly giving himself Botox and collagen injections. Sadly, Dr. Brandt committed suicide in 2015. He was mourned by his many celebrity friends, among them Kelly Ripa, Madonna, and countless more.

Which is why Jennifer Aniston has spent over $30,000 in plastic surgery; supposedly, two nose jobs and a face lift in the last twenty years. But that's just the actual plastic surgery.
Apparently, Aniston cleans out her bank account when it comes to beauty, spending more than $1.5 million on a strict regimen of laser and ultrasound facials, and eyebrow lifts. Yikes!
Tom Cruise - (Admitted) $8,000
Although the famous Hollywood legend Tom Cruise has only ever confessed to having a nose job in the early days of his career, many people suspect that is far from the end of his plastic surgery adventures. After showing up at the 2016 BAFTA awards looking like a balloon, it got harder to deny the Botox injections.
Although the 'Mission Impossible' star hasn't confirmed the Botox rumor, it is clear that he has definitely had more work done since his nose job many years ago. Don't worry Tom, none of us can beat time, not even you.

But before she became a cookbook author and the famous host of 'Lip Sync Battle', Teigen was a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, and quite a famous one at that. So, it wasn't surprising when she admitted to having had breast augmentation surgery back in 2006, when she was a young 20 years old.
Although her decision as a young model made perfect sense, Teigen claims that she regrets having the procedure done. Especially because implants don't fair very well when it comes to breastfeeding a new baby!
Angelina Pivarnick - (Estimated) $13,500
A Staten Island native, Angelina Pivarnick made her claim to fame when she appeared in the first two seasons of MTV's 'Jersey Shore'. She then went on to appear on VH1's 'Couple Therapy', and finally, in 'Jersey Shore: Family Vacation'. In the last few years, Pavernick has slowly been transforming into a different-looking person, as you can clearly see in the photo below. In 2020, the TV personality revealed she'd had a breast augmentation, a lip filler, a nose job, and an eyebrow lift.
She maintains that her breasts are her favorite part of her body, and even though we sincerely hopes she's done with surgery, something tells us Pavernick already has too much of a liking for that surgery knife.
Teresa Giudice - (Estimated) $10,000
After making her debut on 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey', Teresa Giudice became a well-known name in TV. And while it was pretty clear that she had had some work done in the last few years, it wasn't until January of 2020 that the New Jersey-born TV star admitted to having had a second breast augmentation. Her first was twelve years before!
It has also been rumored that the fiery New Jersey housewife has had some fillers on her lips and face, and an eyebrow lift, and we wouldn't find it at all surprising.

The TV star said that, even though she had no regrets about her nose job, it was a big adjustment.
The Brooklyn-born Manzo also said that she loves Botox, but that a healthy lifestyle is definitely the secret to staying youthful and beautiful.
Cardi B - (Estimated) $30,000
If there is one celebrity who is unapologetic about her plastic surgeries, it's singer Cardi B. The 27-year-old Bronx native has admitted (although you can tell by simply looking at her) to having breast implants, a breast lift, liposuction and even butt injections after giving birth to her daughter in 2018. The rapper hasn't been shy to defend her choices on social media, saying that her strenuous lifestyle doesn't allow for actual exercise and workout and, more explicitly, "I do whatever the f--k I want to do with my body”. And to be fair, she's completely right.
However, Cardi B might have hit her plastic surgery limit after she was forced to cancel several shows because of complications. Apparently, she didn't take the time to recover properly from her last surgery and just kept on working non-stop, which obviously landed her right back in the hospital. At least it got her to stop going under the knife.
Courteney Cox - Unknown
Back in the '90s, Courteney Cox was one of the most beautiful women in TV, making her big debut as Monica in the beloved sitcom, 'Friends'. But like many other TV stars, the pressure of aging got the best of her, and she went overboard with fillers and face lifts. In the last 10 years, Cox has become almost a cautionary tale for plastic surgery, making her fans gasp every time they see her latest look.
Fortunately, Cox has come out recently and openly admitted to having deep regrets about her surgeries, saying that she's had most of her fillers dissolved and has learned to "age gracefully".
Ariel Winter - (Estimated) $7,500

The young actress said it was the best decision she ever made, and it helped her get back her confidence. Well, she's certainly grown into a beautiful woman, and that new red hair color makes her look even more stunning!
Julie Chen - (Rumored) $5,000
Most people know Julie Chen from her work as a news anchor and producer at CBS, and for being the longest-running host of the American reality TV show, 'Big Brother'. And it wasn't your avergae surgery, it was a cosmetic procedure to look her "Asian eyes" look bigger.
The news anchor says she faced racial discrimination when she was 25 years old, when her boss said she was too Chinese to be on TV. Even though Chen was very conflicted before having the procedure done, she says she has absolutely no regrets, claiming that "No one's more proud of being Chinese than I am. Every decision I've made … it got [me] to where we are today, and I'm not going to look back."
Stassi Schroeder - (Estimated) $20,500
Stassi Schroeder was one of the stars of the American TV series, 'Vanderpump Rules'. The New Orleans-born TV star admitted to having a breast lift and reduction in 2015.
Schroeder has also become a popular blogger, and has written that she's also had Botox injections and a chin implant. Although there are also rumors that she's had her lips filled, it remains to be confirmed.
Cindy Crawford - Unknown
During the 80s and 90s, you couldn't flip through a style magazine without finding Cindy Crawford in it. Once the most beautiful and famous supermodel in the world, this American beauty is now 54 years old, and like the rest of us, has had to deal with the passing of time. Crawford is well aware of this fact, which is why she's openly admitted to using vitamin injections, collagen and Botox for the past 15 years.
The former supermodel claims she owes her looks to a healthy lifestyle - drinking lots of water, eating clean food, and exercising. But when it comes to the "quality of her skin", Crawford proudly credits plastic surgery, claiming that, past a certain age, no matter how many creams you use, it just won't be enough without having a little work done. Although there are rumors of cheek implants and a face lift. Guess we will never know for sure.
Kaley Cuoco - (Estimated) $12,000
Ever since 'The Big Bang Theory' premiered in 2007, it became an instant TV favorite. And so did the show's blonde bombshell, Kaley Cuoco. But it wasn't until 2016 that Cuoco admitted to having had a breast augmentation, and a nose job years before that, and some face fillers now and then. However, the actress is adamant about the importance of healthy eating and working out regularly to keep in shape.
Cuoco describes her breast surgery as "the best thing I ever did". In an interview with 'Woman's Health', the actress said, “As much as you want to love your inner self, I’m sorry, you also want to look good,” she said. “I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.” We have to say that we totally agree.

Katie Price - (Estimated) $617,000
Katie Price is an English model turned TV star, turned businesswoman, which would explain where she got the money to have so many plastic surgeries at just 41 years of age. Price has never been shy to admit her countless surgeries, which include eight breast implants, a nose job, veneers over her teeth, liposuction, several Botox injections every year, and regular dermal fillers. And by looking at the photo below, we believe all of it.
Unfortunately, as many celebrities know, too much plastic surgery can be disastrous and leave people looking completely unrecognizable, which definitely seems to be the case with Katie. But, rumor has it the model/TV star is quite satisfied with her procedures and plans to keep getting under the knife. To each their own.
Paul Stanley - Unknown
Paul Stanley is the guitarist and co-lead vocalist of legendary rock band, Kiss. And while he managed to survive most of the madness that came with the band's fame through most of the '70s, '80s and '90s, his face certainly didn't. Stanley has admitted to having several face lifts, eyebrow lifts, a nose job, a lip job, and several Botox injections.
But the most impressive surgery Stanley had was an ear reconstruction back in the 80s, after a congenital deformity had caused him to have a stump for an ear. A surgery that allowed Stanley to be a part of KISS in the first place, since he would've been completely deaf otherwise. The guitarist had his right ear reconstructed from his rib! Although it is pretty obvious that the rock legend has had extensive work done on his face, he still looks pretty good for a 68-year-old. Remember, he's not your regular senior, he's the guitarist of KISS. So all in all, we'd say he looks fine.
