Frank Gore, a former Indianapolis Colts running back, couldn’t care less when he sold his elegant Mediterranean-style mansion for a sum of $1.5 million. When he first purchased the property, back in 2008, he sealed the deal for $1.7 million. A decade later, its value had dropped $200k, a small fraction of the original sale, but a lot still considering how the value should have appreciated in time, especially seeing as he acquired it during a drop in the market.
