Melinda McGraw made her first big performance when she was cast as Detective Cydavia “Cyd” Madison on The Commish in 1992 towards 1994. The American actress became popular after playing the character Melissa Scully, the doomed sister of Dana Scully if four episodes of The X-Files. In a twist of faith, Alex Kryceck, the recurring villain of the story who was guilty of the death of Melissa, was portrayed by her ex-partner.

Darby Stanchfield was cast as “Shannon Gibbs,” the deceased wife of Jethro Gibbs on NCIS. The character mostly appears on the show as a memory of Jethro Gibb’s past life.
