Supermodel Gisele might have wealth and beauty and had an incredible husband and kids, but that doesn’t mean her life is without issues. In her memoir, Gisele revealed that she used to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. She first experienced a panic attack during a bumpy flight in 2013 and, since then, developed a fear of tunnels, elevators, and other closed spaces, eventually causing her to feel anxiety in her own home.
Tom helped Gisele adopt a more holistic lifestyle, including a plant-based diet and daily transcendental meditation. His support eventually helped her conquer her anxiety and open up to life again. She said once that things can look perfect on the outside, but no one has any idea of what’s really going on inside.
Tom’s Parents Are a Huge Inspiration to Him
It’s clear to anyone that Tom Brady isn’t just a great guy with a beautiful smile and kind heart; he’s also a legendary athlete and an awesome dad. Whenever anyone asks where he got these amazing qualities, Tom always makes sure to credit his mother and father for always supporting him and helping push him to where he is today.
The Super Bowl champion always makes sure to show his love and appreciation to his parents. Brady wrote a moving Instagram post for their 50th wedding anniversary, talking about their journey to start their own family. He said that his mom and dad are his ultimate role models for his parenting style.
Tom’s Father Took Incredible Care of His Mom
When Tom Brady’s mom was unwell, her husband was her rock. When asked about his father’s dedication to his mother’s recovery, Tom said emotionally that his dad was there for her every step of the way. His mother eventually made a full recovery and even attended his team’s dramatic overtime win against the Atlanta Falcons after a devastating beginning at the Super Bowl match.
During the post-victory Super Bowl interview, Brady's mother said she was praying for him the entire time. Whenever Tom needed to help Gisele with any issue she was having, he remembered his own father’s actions as the inspiration to do what it took to be an amazing and supportive husband.
Tom’s Response When Asked if He’s Expecting a Mid-Life Crisis
Brady is the record holder for most Super Bowl wins by a player and the oldest quarterback to win a Super Bowl. During an interview, he was asked whether he thinks he might suddenly find himself going through a midlife crisis. The legendary quarterback looked puzzled and composed himself before answering the question.
Usually, when someone has a midlife crisis, they dramatically change their profession or love life. Tom assured everyone that he had no plans of changing careers. Patrik Walker of CBSSports wrote that if someone is holding their breath waiting for Tom Brady to retire, they'll suffocate.
Tom Brady Is an Epic Dad
Tom certainly isn’t your typical dad. Imagine your father being one of the most famous and dedicated athletes in the world while always being in the international spotlight. Despite that, the father of three is known for being an incredibly loving and supportive father. From making sure to spend quality time with his kids to inviting them to all his big games no matter what, he really takes the cake.
Tom loves spending time with his kids more than anything else and takes them out whenever he has the chance. When his daughter was insulted by a radio host who called her an "annoying little pissant" just before the Super Bowl, Tom quickly lashed out against him. The host was subsequently fired that same week. As they say — you mess with the bull, you get the horns. Well, definitely don't mess with the bull's offspring.
