Jaguar Yokota is a Japanese professional wrestler who was, at one time, considered one of the greatest wrestlers on the planet. Yokota is certainly one of the best female wrestlers of all time. A determined wrestler, Yokota won her first world championship in the eighties after wowing crowds as a young teenager.
But she achieved her greatest success in wrestling when she defeated her mentor and inspiration, Jackie Sato, in the WWWA World Championship. Unfortunately, she retired early because of repeated shoulder injuries, though she briefly reappeared between 1995 and 1998 before leaving to focus on her personal life.
